• 1. About the product: support customization of fingerprints, and anniversary (default fingerprint customization is on the outer ring, the anniversary is on the inner ring)
• 2. After you have placed your order please send your order number to service@olamaison.com and we will contact you by email on how to customize it. You will need to provide a clear picture of your fingerprint and the date and time you want to customize it.
• 3. As each ring is handmade, it will take 3-7 working days to complete the ring after we have confirmed the fingerprint image with you. Please be patient and we will ship it to you as soon as the customization is complete.

• This product by default will send out a default fingerprint with no note. If you need customization of fingerprint or customized message, pls select "CUSTOMISED FINGERPRINT & NOTE" under "Finish-Engraving". After you made your order, pls send us your photo of your fingerprint and a message to add (max. 6 characters or letters) with your order NO.XXXX to  service@olamaison.com within 3 days after your order is placed.  If we receive no email from your order after 3 days, your ring will be shipped out as our default fingerprint with no message. 

• Only customization of fingerprint and message is supported. No other customization is supported. 

• Result will depend on the clarity of the photo and only a part of a fingerprint will be extracted for the ring engraving.  

• Email with no order number will not be handled.
